Sell your used panties and socks online, under a pseudonym

Any adult (18+) living in a country Weared serves: the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, most of Europe and most other countries. The exceptions are Russia, Belarus, Iran and North Korea (under Swiss sanctions), Syria and Cuba (excluded by Weared) and a few uninhabited territories: from there, you can’t sign up, list or be paid. Women and men sell on Weared, all under a pseudonym, and the site is available in English and nine other languages.

You verify your identity once, with an ID document and a selfie, through a specialist provider. The document stays private: buyers only see an “Identity verified” badge. Verification is required before you can sell: until it is done, your listings stay as drafts.

Selling worn underwear is legal between consenting adults in Switzerland, where Weared is based. It is up to you to follow the rules of your own country and those of the buyer’s country; Weared gives no legal or tax advice about your country.

1. Create your account under a pseudonym that isn’t linked to your social media.
2. Verify your identity: an ID document and a selfie, once, kept private.
3. List an item: at least one photo, a title, a short description (60 characters or more), a price and the number of days worn; everything else is optional. The form suggests a price for each category.
4. Set your price in euros: unless you live in Switzerland, your listings are priced in euros, including in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
5. When a paid order comes in, ship it within 72 hours, tracked, and add the tracking number to the order.

You can sell worn panties, thongs and knickers, bras and lingerie, tights, worn socks, shoes, sportswear and accessories, as well as photos and videos with no full-frontal nudity and no close-ups. You never need to show your face.

• In the EU (Ireland included), the UK, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the United States and Canada: buyers can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay once you have opened a Stripe account. Weared collects the payment and transfers your share to your bank account, in your own currency; the commission and the card fee are deducted from it.
• Everywhere, including Australia and New Zealand: buyers can pay in bitcoin (Lightning), straight to your own Lightning address, before you ship. Weared never touches that money. In Australia, New Zealand and other countries outside the list above, bitcoin is the only way to be paid.

The two never mix: a card payment reaches you as a bank transfer, a bitcoin payment stays in bitcoin. You don’t need to own any bitcoin to start: an address to receive payments is all it takes.

You may have read that “I’ll pay you in crypto” is a classic scam line. On Weared it works the other way round: the buyer pays your address first, the payment lands in your wallet, and only then do you ship.

• Within 72 hours, tracked: you post with your national post (Royal Mail, An Post, Australia Post, NZ Post, Canada Post…) using a tracked service. The tracking number is mandatory: it is your proof of shipment, and it stays on the order.
• Postage paid by the buyer: it is added to your price and calculated at checkout from your country, the buyer’s country and the weight. From many countries, including the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal and Sweden, it is based on your national post’s cheapest tracked service (from Ireland, to some destinations only); elsewhere, it is a Weared flat rate. For buyers in your own country, you can also offer shipping by including it in your price.
• Plain parcel, neutral customs form: when a customs declaration is needed, the order gives you what to copy: a neutral description in English, the value paid and, when it is certain, the tariff number (otherwise, the order tells you where to find it). The sender you write is “Weared”, never your real name. Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the buyer.
• Delivery times, as a guide: within Europe, 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; further afield, usually 1 to 3 weeks, sometimes longer depending on customs.
• To Japan: never put a printed photo showing nudity in the parcel.

To a few countries, shipments are suspended and buyers there can’t order your parcels. That includes the United States (physical shipments from abroad are suspended for now) and countries that ban imports of used clothing, such as mainland China. From Canada, tracked parcels go to about 40 countries for now; to the others, shipping isn’t offered yet. Photos and videos, which need no parcel, are not affected.

The Weared guarantee only covers Switzerland, France and shipments between the two. Elsewhere there is no Weared guarantee: your tracking number is your proof of shipment.

• A pseudonym everywhere: Weared never shows your real name, your address or your face.
• Your ID stays private: it is checked once by a specialist provider, and buyers only see the “Identity verified” badge.
• Your name stays off the paperwork: on a customs declaration, the sender is “Weared”.
• Photos for members only: titles, prices and descriptions are public; photos are only shown to members. Keep your face and anything recognisable out of the frame.
• Paid first: the buyer pays before you ship. Be wary of anyone who asks you to move the conversation to WhatsApp or Telegram, or to ship before paying.

• Commission: 25% per sale, 20% with Pro (CHF 39 per 30 days), 15% with Max (CHF 89 per 30 days). No subscription is needed to sell.
• In bitcoin, nothing is taken from the buyer’s payment: you settle the commission separately, with prepaid credits.
• By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: the commission and the card fee are deducted from what Weared transfers to you.
• Free credits to start: enough to sell up to €150 without paying anything. Credits never expire.
• Credits and subscriptions are billed in Swiss francs (CHF), wherever you live.

Each seller is responsible for their own reporting, tax and social-security obligations.
