Pay with the Weared guarantee
The hard part of any marketplace is the first payment: sending money to someone you don’t know. With the guarantee you no longer buy from a stranger — you buy from Weared, and the seller is paid only once shipping is proven.
Key facts
- Payment: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe, on listings that accept it, or bitcoin (Lightning), paid directly to the seller, or to Weared on a guaranteed purchase.
- International: since September 2026, buyers abroad can order when the seller ships outside her country, except from Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Cuba. No parcels to the US from another country, nor to countries that ban used clothing (mainland China, Mexico…); photos and videos stay on sale there.
- Shipping: tracked, within 72 hours, in discreet packaging. Weared guarantee: refunded if the seller doesn’t ship, ships without tracking, or the item doesn’t match the listing.
How it works
1. You pay Weared
Your payment goes to Weared, never to the seller. She sees the order arrive already paid and packs the parcel — but she has received nothing, and will receive nothing until she proves the shipment.
2. She proves it, we check
A photo of the item with your order code handwritten beside it, a photo of the sealed packaging, a photo of the franked parcel with its receipt and tracking number. We check every image — including that it isn't a photo already used elsewhere on the site.
3. You receive it, or you report a problem
You have 14 days after posting to report a problem, from your order. A person decides, case by case.

A worn undergarment cannot be taken back: that is a hygiene rule, not a commercial policy.
Outside Switzerland and France: the shipping guarantee
Shipping guarantee: you get refunded if the seller doesn’t ship, ships without tracking, or the item doesn’t match the listing. Once a tracked shipment is proven, loss and delay are not covered.
Proof before shipping
The order can only move to “shipped” once the seller has sent Weared the tracking number, the postage receipt, photos of the closed parcel with the label and a photo of the item, matching the listing, before packing. You see “verified shipping” and the tracking number; the parcel photos and the receipt stay with Weared, because they can show the seller’s address.
No proof, no sale
Without this proof, the order can’t be marked “shipped”. If the seller doesn’t ship, you get refunded.
After the shipment is proven
Loss, delay or a parcel not received are not covered; an item that doesn’t match still is. A seller who cheats is banned.
What we ask of the seller
A guaranteed order isn't an ordinary one: Weared answers for the goods. So we ask to see the parcel leave.
The item, with your code
Your order code, handwritten and placed beside the item. That code did not exist before your order: no archive photo can carry it.
The sealed packaging
The item vacuum-packed or sealed, the code still visible. That is what links what we saw to what actually leaves.
The parcel and its tracking
The franked parcel, the counter receipt, and the tracking number. A number already used on another order is refused on the spot.
What it costs
The guarantee is paid per item, and the price goes down with the subscription. Each paid tier also includes a few.
