Pay with the Weared guarantee

1. You pay Weared

Your payment goes to Weared, never to the seller. She sees the order arrive already paid and packs the parcel — but she has received nothing, and will receive nothing until she proves the shipment.

2. She proves it, we check

A photo of the item with your order code handwritten beside it, a photo of the sealed packaging, a photo of the franked parcel with its receipt and tracking number. We check every image — including that it isn't a photo already used elsewhere on the site.

3. You receive it, or you get refunded

You have 14 days after posting to report that nothing arrived, in one click. If the parcel never ships at all, the refund is automatic — you don't have to ask.

Covered

• The parcel was never shipped
• The parcel shipped but never arrived
• What you receive isn't what was listed

Not covered

• A change of mind
• Returning the item

A worn undergarment cannot be taken back: that is a hygiene rule, not a commercial policy.

The item, with your code

Your order code, handwritten and placed beside the item. That code did not exist before your order: no archive photo can carry it.

The sealed packaging

The item vacuum-packed or sealed, the code still visible. That is what links what we saw to what actually leaves.

The parcel and its tracking

The franked parcel, the counter receipt, and the tracking number. A number already used on another order is refused on the spot.
