Prohibited Items and Content
Weared is a discreet and dignified house. Certain practices and certain content are strictly prohibited, without exception or tolerance. Their presence results in immediate removal and termination of the account, and, where appropriate, cooperation with the Swiss authorities.
1. Minors and the appearance of minority
Absolutely prohibited is any content, item, image, description or staging involving a minor or giving an appearance of minority (aesthetics, vocabulary or accessories evoking childhood or adolescence). No ambiguity is tolerated. This is our most absolute red line.
2. Non-consent
Any content suggesting, depicting or relying on an absence of consent (coercion, surprise, a person asleep or unable to consent) is prohibited. Only free and consenting adults have a place at Weared.
3. Fluids and items posing a health risk
Prohibited are items presenting a biological or health risk, notably those containing blood or other hazardous fluids. Weared admits only items compatible with safe and lawful postal carriage.
4. Violence
Any content of a violent nature, degrading beyond the permitted register, evoking abuse, injury or cruelty, is prohibited. Weared cultivates a suggestive and tasteful register, never violence.
5. Narcotics
The mention, promotion or sale of narcotics or illicit substances, in any form whatsoever, is prohibited.
6. Weapons
The offering, referencing or sale of weapons, ammunition or similarly dangerous objects is prohibited.
7. Animals
Any content involving animals in a sexual context or one of mistreatment is strictly prohibited.
8. Prostitution, escorting and physical meetings
Weared is a marketplace for worn items, shipped anonymously and neutrally. Therefore prohibited are: prostitution, escorting, the solicitation of a physical meeting and any in-person service. No real contact details or proposal to meet are permitted between members.
9. Misappropriation of images and persons
It is prohibited to publish images of third parties without consent, to usurp another's identity or appearance, or to pass off as one's own content that is not. Every member warrants that they hold the rights and consent over what they publish.
10. Fake reviews and manipulation
The creation of fake reviews, false ratings, fictitious accounts or any manipulation of reputation and trust is prohibited. The integrity of the house rests on the sincerity of feedback.
11. Consequences
Any breach of this list results, depending on the seriousness, in: immediate removal of the content, suspension or permanent termination of the account, retention of the evidence and, where appropriate, referral to the Swiss authorities. No refund is owed to the author of prohibited content.

Can I propose a meeting with another member?
No. Prostitution, escorting and any physical meeting are prohibited; Weared concerns only items shipped anonymously.
Are images of other people allowed?
No, except with the consent of the persons concerned. The misappropriation of images is strictly prohibited.
