The site is hosted on infrastructure operated by the site operator in Switzerland and delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Weared is a marketplace between private individuals: listings, photos and messages are published by adult members under their own responsibility. The operator moderates the platform and removes any content contrary to the terms or the law as soon as it becomes aware of it. See Moderation · Prohibited items.

The site is intended exclusively for adults (art. 197 of the Swiss Criminal Code). An age check is required before any transaction. See Age verification.

The Weared name, logo, texts and interface belong to the site operator. Any reproduction without written consent is prohibited. Content published by members remains theirs.
