Moderation Policy

We ensure that every listing remains respectful, non-explicit and compliant with our rules. Moderation is not a censorship of desire, but the guarantee of a dignified, safe and lawful framework. In its capacity as an intermediary, Weared reserves a power of assessment over the content published.

A listing is visible as soon as it is published: we do not block going live, but every listing, image or description remains subject to checks and may be removed at any time. We verify in particular:

• Respect for the suggestive register, with no explicit content;
• The absence of any prohibited element (see Prohibited items);
• The absence of images of non-consenting third parties or misappropriated content;
• Consistency with the rules on anonymity and dignity.

A non-compliant listing is removed or returned for correction, and its author is informed.

Any member can report a listing, a profile or a message. Each report opens a timestamped case handled by moderation — it is the main detection channel, alongside internal checks. Weared may at any time remove content that no longer complies with the rules, without notice where the seriousness justifies it.

Depending on the seriousness, we apply: a warning, a request for correction, removal of the content, temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account. Serious breaches (minors, non-consent, trafficking) result in immediate removal and termination, without gradation.

When content is removed, the member concerned is informed, as far as possible, of the reason. They may request a review through the site's confidential channels. The removal of unlawful or reported content otherwise follows the procedure described on the Content removal page.

Moderation is carried out with diligence but without any guarantee of exhaustiveness. The fact that content has been published implies no approval by Weared as to its lawfulness or quality. Primary responsibility remains with the member who publishes.
