Shipping and delivery
Every physical item ships within 72 hours of payment, with a mandatory tracking number, in a plain parcel: the sender shown is “Weared”, never the seller’s name.
Where to receive your parcel
At home, in a plain parcel — always the case when you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. With bitcoin, also at a My Post 24 locker or a PickPost counter in Switzerland, or at a relay point in France. At home, the seller only sees the name and address on the label; with a locker or relay point, no personal address is exchanged.
From another country
Outside the seller’s country, the parcel is tracked and delivered to your home; postage is calculated at checkout and any import duties are yours to pay. When the parcel leaves from or goes to a country outside Switzerland and France, Weared checks the shipment (tracking, receipt, photos of the parcel) before it is marked “shipped”.
Countries not served
For now, no physical shipping to the United States from abroad, nor to countries that ban used clothing (mainland China, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines…). A listing that does not ship to your country says so before you pay.
What you pay
The listing price, postage and, for a physical item, packaging; on a guaranteed purchase, the guarantee fee. Everything is shown before you pay, with no buyer commission.
How soon is my order shipped?
The seller has 72 hours after payment to ship, with a mandatory tracking number.
Does the parcel say what is inside?
No. Plain packaging with no mention of the contents; the sender shown is “Weared”, including on the customs declaration.
